Culinary arts schools (or LATTC LBCC)?

I really want to pursue a Culinary Arts program and have come to two schools that interest me. City Long Beach College Los Angeles Trade Tech and I was wondering if anyone has suggestions on what the school should attend? Does that make a difference?

The best culinary education comes from working in the industry. Do not allow anyone that snow! You have to spend much money to get this degree of fantasy and the best thing we can hope for is a line cook job which will not begin to repay their loans. best bet, get a job in the kitchen first to be recruited and learn the ropes. Course will start in the dish room, but that's where all the big start. After spending several years in the trenches and really love the stress, hours odd, and in general bad smell that comes with the territory that can go to school. The most important thing to ask about any culinary school is the amount of experience actual cooking is what they need. If the answer is no … do not go! This school is a scam out for your money. It is also a good idea to get old enough to drink. Due that you will.
